Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective 30 September 2026

This policy applies to ReplySmith Pro subscriptions (₹199 per month in India, US$3 per month elsewhere), provided by Durai Subramani, India.

Cancel anytime

• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time, yourself: in the ReplySmith panel in Gmail, click Pro · Manage (or open the extension's Options), then Cancel subscription. You can also email ashrishi0603@gmail.com from the Google account you use with ReplySmith and we'll cancel it for you.
• Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. No further monthly payments are taken.
• You keep Pro until the end of the month you've already paid for. After that, your account continues on the Free plan.

No refunds

Payments already made are non-refundable, including the current month when you cancel and any unused days. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

Charges made in error

If you're charged twice for the same month, or charged after you cancelled, email ashrishi0603@gmail.com with your Google account email and the payment date. We'll return the incorrect charge to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5-7 business days of confirming it.
